On the afternoon of November 5, 2020, Professor Huang Kun of Beijing Normal University gave a lecture on Pearl River Management Forum, which was entitled "Research on health Information literacy under public Health Emergencies" for the teachers and students of our school.

Professor Huang Kun is a professor of the Department of Information Management, School of Government, Beijing Normal University. In recent years, he has presided over many projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and has been engaged in research on information behavior, emotional load in the process of information search, health information literacy and other aspects. The report, huang from the characteristics of the public health information literacy, access to information back to meet any difficulty, how to better serve the public access to information, etc to explain in detail the research content for the teachers and students, adopt new crown under the outbreak of user information behavior data presents a specific public emergency of the status quo and characteristics of the user's health information literacy, improve way, such as content, and put forward some important research issues in this field.
